This warranty does not cover damage due to negligence, loss of stones (unless Diamonds or Moissanite within warranty period), rhodium plating wear, or general wear and tear from regular use.
We unfortunately do not accept returns for incorrect sizing selected by clients, "change of mind" or "incorrect care of rings" returns. Each ring is made to order therefore we, unfortunately, would not be able to facilitate these returns.
AURA Jewelry will not be held accountable for negligence of pieces or fading as a result of wear and tear. Customer negligence includes scratches, bending, peeling and damage to rhodium (silver rings) or scratches on gold.
Please see our Care Instructions page for our recommendations for keeping your pieces safe. However, should there be a manufacturing issue such as loose stones, broken or damaged prongs etc, please reach out to us via email with an image, description of the issue and proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery. We will then reach out to you within 24 hours.
Please be advised that AURA Jewelry will not be held responsible for the natural wear and tear of gold-plated items as the quality of 18k Gold-plating is NOT the same 9ct solid gold. Please be sure to take proper care of your pieces however, with natural substances and climate factors like pollution, it is inevitable for the colour to fade but re-plating can be done with us.
Please be advised that should you require cancellations, you will only have 48 hours after payment has been made to cancel your order. Once the 48 hours has elapsed, we unfortunately are not able to cancel your order.
AURA Jewelry (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible for courier hijacking or loss of parcels once it has left our premises. Should you wish to insure your parcel, please feel free to contact and we will provide you with an accurate costing. Orders containing sale items are not eligible for refunding.
