Please note:

This warranty does not cover damage due to negligence, loss of stones (unless Diamonds or Moissanite within warranty period), rhodium plating wear, or general wear and tear from regular use.

We unfortunately do not accept returns for incorrect sizing selected by clients, "change of mind" or "incorrect care of rings" returns. Each ring is made to order therefore we, unfortunately, would not be able to facilitate these returns.

AURA Jewelry will not be held accountable for negligence of pieces or fading as a result of wear and tear. Customer negligence includes scratches, bending, peeling and damage to rhodium (silver rings) or scratches on gold.

Please see our Care Instructions page for our recommendations for keeping your pieces safe. However, should there be a manufacturing issue such as loose stones, broken or damaged prongs etc, please reach out to us via email with an image, description of the issue and proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery. We will then reach out to you within 24 hours.

Gold-plating

Please be advised that AURA Jewelry will not be held responsible for the natural wear and tear of gold-plated items as the quality of 18k Gold-plating is NOT the same 9ct solid gold. Please be sure to take proper care of your pieces however, with natural substances and climate factors like pollution, it is inevitable for the colour to fade but re-plating can be done with us.

Can I Cancel An Order?

Please be advised that should you require cancellations, you will only have 48 hours after payment has been made to cancel your order. Once the 48 hours has elapsed, we unfortunately are not able to cancel your order.

Should you wish to insure your parcel, please feel free to contact and we will provide you with an accurate costing. Orders containing sale items are not eligible for refunding.

Can I wear my Moissanite ring every day?

Yes. Moissanite is the second hardest gemstone on earth (9.25 on the Mohs scale), second only to a diamond (10). It is harder than sapphire, ruby, or emerald. This extreme durability makes it perfectly suited for daily wear, resisting scratches and abrasion better than almost any other gemstone.

Can I shower or wash my hands with my ring on?

While water itself will not harm your Moissanite or Gold, we recommend removing your ring during showers or when using harsh chemicals. Soaps, shampoos, and conditioners can leave a film on the stone (known as "oil slick") that reduces its brilliance over time. It is best to store it safely to maintain that showroom sparkle.

Is a Lab-Grown Diamond a "fake" diamond?

No. A Lab-Grown Diamond is chemically, physically, and optically identical to a mined diamond. Think of it like ice: ice formed in a freezer is just as real as ice formed on a glacier. The only difference is the origin. A jeweler cannot tell the difference with the naked eye or a loupe.

Why does Moissanite sparkle more than a diamond?

It comes down to science. Moissanite has a higher "Refractive Index" (2.65) than diamond (2.42). This means it bends light more effectively, creating a higher degree of brilliance and "fire" (the rainbow flashes you see). It creates a unique, dazzling light display that many prefer over traditional diamonds.

How do I clean my ring at home?

You can easily clean your ring using warm water and a mild, oil-free dish soap. Soak the ring for a few minutes, then use a soft microfiber cloth to gently wipe the band clean. If there is dirt trapped behind the stone, careful use a soft-bristle toothbrush (like a baby toothbrush) on the gemstone only. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a soft cloth.

Can I insure my AURA jewelry?

Yes. Just like mined diamonds, Moissanite and Lab-Grown Diamonds are valuable assets. You can add them to your home insurance policy or use specialized jewelry insurance. Your AURA purchase confirmation serves as proof of value for insurance purposes.

Is the shipping discreet?

We understand the importance of the surprise. All AURA orders are shipped in unmarked, discreet packaging. There is no branding on the outside of the box that would give away the precious contents inside.
